Eagles and turkeys (motif)
Isaiah 40:31 But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.
Eagles and turkeys is a motif that is based on some sermon that I will find citation for later. If your prospective boss asks you "are you an eagle or turkey" as an interview question, then the 'correct' answer is that you are an eagle, or at least stated as on the way to becoming an eagle. This is the correct answer to that question even if you have to BS a little on why it is supposedly true.
Turkey is the guy that nobody really wants to work with, for example, if you are part of a general workman crew. Turkeys are known for sandbagging the rest of the team. In war games and guilds these are usually the type of people who have to be KD'd (kick derbed) or otherwise peacefully removed from the guild, which in real life (when you are terrible at your job, and almost nobody likes you) is equivalent to getting fired, or canned.
